TENS OR BETTER
Introduction
Tens or Better is a variation on the popular game Jacks or Better. As the name implies, a pair of Tens or better pays. The increased payout for a pair of tens comes at the cost of a reduced payout for a flush and full house.
Strategy
Strategy for Tens or Better is listed below. This strategy applies to both the standard paytable and the reduced Playtech & Cryptologic paytable. "High Card" indicates Ten to Ace. 3 to a straight flush hands are ranked according to "High Cards - Gaps". High Cards is the number of cards ranked Ten to Ace. Gaps is the number of breaks in the straight. For example, the hand 9TJ has a "High Cards - Gaps" ranking of 2 since there are 2 high cards and no gaps. While the hand 468 has a ranking of -2 since there are no high cards and two gaps.

Most casino softwares that offer Tens or Better use the standard 99.14% payout table. This includes Microgaming, Boss Media, Grand Virtual, Odds On, and Rival.
