FORMER CROWN SOLUTION GROUP WARNING
The Crown Solutions group was acquired by William Hill in 2009. Problems included claiming that games that were not restricted in the T&C did not contribute to wagering, and getting a different bonus than expected. I suspect that the group's employees and policies remained similar after the acquisition, so the casinos are less reputable than William Hill. In 2012 one forum member mentioned claiming the sign-up bonus, then later played a reload. On the reload, a casino in the group returned did not pay winnings due to claims of "bonus abuse", even though no terms of the T&C were violated. Other players mentioned the group was quick to bonus ban (across full group), sometimes bonus banning after claiming a single bonus. The group also may make payments awkward, requesting notarized documents, bank references, and such. Note that the risk of issues appears to lower on the first bonus before being labeled as a "bonus abuser" within the group. This warning applies to 21 Nova, EuroGrand, Joyland, Prestige Casino, SkyKings Casino, and William Hill Casino Club .
