BETUS & VEGAS ACES WARNING

 

BetUS and Vegas Aces are both owned by BetUS. They have had some serious issues at the time of this warning in mid 2010. Possible issues include no payment due to claims of "bonus abuse", slow payment, bonuses not being added automatically, and poor support. BetUS has several other red flags for possible issues including a C- rating at SBR, a history of slow payment issues (beyond the recent ones mentioned above), making unwanted phone calls to players, focusing on USA players, and having a bonus that sounds a little too good to be true. I believe that there is a significant risk of unexpected problems. Having said that, I know many players who have been paid without issue, including recent play at the time of this update (mid 2010).

In early 2009, only USA players could get the 100% bonus and non-USA players could instead claim a 20% to $2000 bonus with the same wagering. However, this no longer seems to be the case.
