Instant Action Sports changed bonus terms to disallow single-hand blackjack near the start of May 2007. Many players signed up and played single-hand blackjack when it was an allowed game, then attempted to cashout when blackjack was no longer allowed. Instant Action Sports is said that the terms at the time of the cashout apply, making all blackjack wagers invalid. Obviously one would expect game restrictions at the terms at the time the wagers were made to apply, not at the time of the cashout.
